Job description

Overview We are seeking a Lead Medical Assistant (LMA) , also referred to as a Medical Assistant Lead or Senior Medical Assistant. The Lead Medical Assistant will support both clinical and administrative tasks, such as taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, updating patient records, and coordinating appointments. In addition to providing direct patient care, the Lead Medical Assistant will serve as a team lead for Medical Assistants by helping coordinate daily workflow, supporting staff, promoting efficient clinic operations, and ensuring high standards of patient care and service.
