Description We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineering Program Manager to coordinate substation engineering projects with a focus on resource-loaded scheduling and civil/structural project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering as applied to substation infrastructure, coupled with advanced skills in managing project timelines, scheduling resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities: This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. You'll spend three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days.
