Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & Supervision: - Supervise and motivate the team during your shift, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently. - Assign tasks to team members based on the needs of the restaurant, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the company's standards. - Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to staff to promote improvement and ensure quality service. - Maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. - Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards. 2.
