The Bilingual Phone Sales Associate is primarily responsible for closing and scheduling installations for leads received via phone from both English and Spanish speaking customers. What You’ll Be Doing: - Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish (primarily via phone), close sales, and schedule installations ( No Cold Calling) - Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections - Maintain minimum quality expectations - Timely follow up on active prospect list - Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance. - Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing - All other duties as assigned.
