Job Summary: The Community Training Specialist is responsible for implementing individual service plans and for facilitating as normal an atmosphere and routine life as is possible in the community residence for individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education Social Work, or related field and/or H.S. diploma and related experience. Possession of a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and safe driving record in accordance with WORK INC policy. An acceptable CORI and SDIP.
