POSITION OVERVIEW: Directly supervising, supporting, and providing direction and leadership to an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) engineering team responsible for developing customer-specific mechanical and electromechanical designs. The Engineering Manager will lead a team that works closely with Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing, and customers to deliver custom solutions that meet technical, schedule, cost, and quality requirements. This role is responsible for balancing customer responsiveness with design standardization and manufacturability, while developing team capability, improving ETO execution efficiency, and supporting overall business objectives.
