Job description

As the core team of TikTok Shop, Content Data Science team focuses on improving user-side product experience, user interaction, and transaction conversion of shoppable content. We study how users discover, consume, and interact with shoppable content, and how these behaviors ultimately drive purchasing decisions. We work closely with Product, Operation, Recommendation, and Engineering teams to use data and experimentation to optimize content formats, interaction design, and distribution strategies. At the same time, we build scalable metrics frameworks, analytical methodologies, and data tools to support long-term decision making in the e-commerce content domain.
