Description Position Summary: The Client Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in supporting client retention and promoting successful recovery outcomes. This position focuses on building strong relationships with clients, identifying early signs of disengagement, and providing timely support to encourage continued participation in treatment and recovery. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor client progress and engagement to identify early signs of potential treatment discontinuation - Conduct regular (hourly) check-ins with clients, including new admissions, to support engagement and ensure a smooth transition into the program. - Build trust, rapport, and a strong sense of connection within the Isaiah House community - Provide empathetic support, active listening, and encouragement to address client needs and concerns - Identify early warning signs of disengagement, frustration, or intent to leave treatment - Provide immediate support, de-escalation, and intervention for clients at risk of leaving - Assist clients in problem-solving challenges related to treatment, personal stressors, or general concerns - Educate clients on the importance of continued treatment and the recovery pro...
