What’s the role?: You’ll join Westpac’s Group Fraud Management Platform Change team, supporting technology that helps detect and prevent fraud and scams. This is a hands on application engineering role where the work you do directly helps protect customers and strengthen trust. This is a Sydney based role on Warrane, Gadigal Country , offered as a full time, permanent position with a hybrid way of working . You’ll design, build, enhance and support applications and integrations across the fraud and scam detection ecosystem. The team supports Proactive Risk Manager, also known as PRM, an ACI provided platform used for proactive risk and fraud management. Experience with PRM, fraud, scams or banking is advantageous but not essential. If you bring strong core engineering capability, you’ll be supported to learn the platform. You’ll work in Linux based environments, support Java applications, collaborate across teams, contribute to Agile delivery and help keep critical systems reliable and evolving.
