If you speak French and English, come and join us as a Sales Support Associate As a Sales Support Associate at IDEXX, you will provide support to the sales team in your region and act as a liaison between the sales professionals and internal departments. You play a vital role in the overall health and advancement of the region’s objectives. You will make sure all the checks and balances are in place in the lead-to-order process, provide transactional support to ensure successful and efficient execution of business transactions, and generate smooth on-boarding for our customers. In this role, your day-to-day will include: - Partner with commercial ecosystem on sales proposals while balancing the needs of the customer and the business. Investigate and resolve inquiries or concerns. Escalate situations that are unique and unable to be resolved through current processes.
