Position Responsibilities: - Processing of delinquency fees per the community’s collection policy. - Able to maintain a strong focus to meet strict deadlines. - Collection agency processing. - Attorney legal fee posting. - Reimbursement charges. - Fee removal/Write-offs. - Review and Process Property Taxes. - Payment Plan Processing - Auditing and maintaining each community within the assigned portfolio, including various areas in VMS as well as individual resident accounts. - Other related duties as directed.
