Summary of the Job: The Director, Product Management, drives product development from strategy through delivery by bridging business objectives with technical execution. The Director, Product Management, will serve as a Product Owner within Agile teams, guiding teams through solution development for complex, interconnected initiatives while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver maximum business value. This high-impact role defines and delivers initiatives for assigned product area ranging from modern digital consumer experiences to core engine enhancements and flexibility. The Director, Product Management, will navigate complex, compliance-heavy workflows while optimizing high-conversion user journeys.
