Want to make an impact?: The Maintenance Supervisor, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, keeps our candy packaging operation running smoothly by leading a team of skilled mechanics and making sure our equipment, facilities, and systems are always ready to perform. In this role, you’ll assign and oversee daily work orders covering everything from new equipment installations and construction projects to preventive maintenance, building upkeep, and urgent repair needs. You’ll be hands-on in implementing and improving our existing maintenance and preventive maintenance programs, working closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
