Maintenance Technician

Job description

KOCH Finishing Systems is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. The following are the qualifications required for this position. Responsibilities: - Read and interpret owner’s manuals, maintenance manuals, blueprints, (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical), for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment and facilities. - Install and debug electrical and fuel systems. - Wire panel and terminations to equipment from schematics and/or blueprints in compliance to NEC code. - Participate in all requested job-related training. - Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude. - Perform routine preventative maintenance on production and facilities equipment. - Maintain database of schedule preventative maintenance as well as records of completion. - Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machines. - Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
