In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical thought leader and interdisciplinary partner, helping teams deliver individualized, integrated care that promotes safety, growth, and meaningful outcomes. What You’ll Do: Clinical Consultation - Lead complex case conceptualization, integrating mental health, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental factors - Conduct risk assessments and guide development of IEP goals, accommodations, and intervention strategies - Provide trauma-informed, neuropsychological insight to support staff and enhance student care Multidisciplinary Collaboration: - Partner with educators, BCBAs, therapists, and families to design cohesive, student-centered supports - Support psychopharmacology coordination and inter...
