The Strategy Advancement Advisor is a key contributor within Humana’s Consumer Strategy organization, supporting the development, execution, and evolution of strategies that drive retention while contributing to broader enterprise priorities. This role blends strategy support, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional execution. While the primary focus is on retention initiatives, the role also supports adjacent enterprise and consumer strategy efforts where retention intersects with experience, Stars, growth, and transformation priorities. Humana is seeking an experienced professional with strategy, healthcare, or consulting experience who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, and effectively advise leaders across the organization.
