Who we are looking for We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer who desire to work in a collaborative, team-driven environment on functions built for business requirements in response to doing risk management functions, compliance needs or regulatory reporting. This role requires solid knowledge in software testing process, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and good time management. Person should have experience of software testing in manual and automated manner. This role is based in Poland and will work with State Street business users from all regions What you will be responsible for As a SQA engineer, you will - Design, prepare, and implement test strategy and test scenarios - Review test cases and test results - Conduct testing and defects status meetings, and communicate cause and solution of system and/or software defects - Conduct functional demonstrations for business users - Work closely with Business and Development teams to resolve quality problems and provide information - Participate in daily stand ups, iteration planning, product demos, and retrospective meetings What we value: These skills will help you succeed in this role - Strong c...
