Hormel Foods – Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (3rd Shift) Location: Alma, KS: Shift: 3rd Shift (Monday–Friday, 10PM-6:30PM; weekend work as required) Wage Rate: $24.75–$34.50 per hour: We are seeking motivated, skilled individuals to join our Maintenance team. Ideal candidates show strong problem-solving abilities, reliability, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in keeping production equipment running efficiently and safely in our food processing environment. Responsibilities: Tear down, set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all plant equipment with minimal supervision. Install, operate, maintain, and repair processing equipment using industrial maintenance skills. Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to ensure safe and efficient operation. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Assist with system modifications to improve equipment operation and support plant goals. Utilize the Asset Management System (EAM).
