Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for business functions (strategy, products and servicing channels), collecting and understanding reporting and analytics needs Translate business questions into analytical requirements, KPIs and reporting logic Support the functional analysts to collect functional requirements for backend teams (data lake / data warehouse) Design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos Analytics and/or Microsoft Power BI Contribute to the definition and evolution of KPIs , ensuring consistency, clarity and business relevance Coordinate testing activities (use cases, validation, UAT) in collaboration with business owners and data providers Maintain and evolve the semantic layer (e.g. Framework Manager in Cognos environments) Improve and fine‑tune existing reports and dashboards, enhancing usability and analytical value Proactively propose new analytical views and insights to support strategic and operational decision‑making from a data‑driven perspective Skills & Experience Required: Solid experience in Reporting & Business Intelligence tools , with hands‑on knowledge of IBM Cognos Analytics and/or Microsoft Power BI Strong...
