Title: UB/UBMS Classroom Facilitator Department Org: Upward Bound - 111790 Employee Classification: H6: Bargaining Unit: Bargaining Unit Exempt: Primary Location: MC AC: Shift: 1: Start Time: 7:00am End Time: 11:00pm Posted Salary: $25.00/hour: Float: True: Rotate: True: On Call: False: Travel: False: Weekend/Holiday: False: Job Description: This person will facilitate a non-credit course during our UB/UBMS six-week summer institute(s) for current UB/UBMS high school Pparticipants between 9th and 12th grade ranging in topics of math, science, civil rights, communications, financial literacy, foreign language, STEM, computer literacy, arts & humanities, etc) UB/UBMS summer staff will provide leadership and direction, safe and supportive environments, comfort and protection to the students, parents, and staff of the UB/UBMS program. Essential to be respectful of staff, students, UT personnel, and UB/UBMS families. Refrain from participating in all illegal acts.
