Job Title: Maintenance Department: Maintenance Manager: Maintenance Supervisor: Direct Reports: None: Other key team/positions: Plant Supervisors and Line Leaders, Personnel, Garage, Office staff Key Responsibilities: - Maintain all equipment in the plant - Check for proper operating conditions - Perform PMs for all equipment - Repair any broken equipment - Help in other areas of Maintenance as needed Physical Requirements: - Frequently required to walk, climb, and move in tight spaces; frequently required to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, and controls; must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust vision focus; work is performed in a plant setting with moderate noise level in the working environment Competencies: Core Competencies - Extensive knowledge of all equipment and facility operations - Communication skills - Knowledge of risk management and process safety management programs - Mechanical abilities - Basic computer skills - Knowledge of USDA, OSHA, and state guidelines - Ability to read and write in English - Integrity - Simplicity - Discipline - Teamwork - Servant Leadership...
