The Litigation Coordinator Manager is responsible to assist with the daily workflow of the legal services department and act as a senior advisor to the team. This position is required to have a complete understanding of the duties required below and provide overall direction and support to the Litigation Department. This position helps to provide leadership and direction to ensure best practices are carried out in order to deliver superior services and achieve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedules and coordinates all legal services including, but not limited to, trials, conferences, videos and depositions. Ensures all scheduling practices are managed with a high level of consideration for the client and physician availability.
