This role independently manages day‑to‑day technology operations, ensures system reliability and security, and supports organizational efficiency through effective use of IT systems and tools. The position requires the use of independent judgment and discretion in coordinating technology support, maintaining systems, resolving technical issues, and advising leadership on technology needs. The Technology Administrator plans and prioritizes work, supports agency operations through systems administration, and coordinates with external technology vendors. While advanced technical skills may be developed over time, the position exercises professional judgment in managing assigned technology functions.
