Job description

Your responsibilities: Adhere to health and safety policies, procedures, and safe systems of work, including the use of PPE and reporting near misses. Ensure compliance with quality procedures to maintain product standards. Operate production equipment efficiently to meet daily targets, with a “fix-it-myself” approach to problem-solving. Conduct machine and product changeovers effectively. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the production line. Ensure accurate stock levels using the JDE system to support cost control, meet customer orders OTIF, and align with the production plan. Ensure clear and effective communication between shifts and with supervision. Training: Support and assist in the training of new operators. Your profile: Experience: Hands-on experience in operating production equipment. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively disseminate information to the team.
