POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Central Team Leader and Manager for Clinical services, ensures optimum patient outcomes related to medication use by preventing or resolving drug-related problems and coordinating the acquisition, distribution and control of all drug therapy to patients under the care of the pharmacist. Position : Clinical Pharmacist: Department : Inpatient Pharmacy: Schedule : Full Time: EDUCATION: PharmD degree or Bachelor Pharmacy degree with 2 years hospital pharmacy experience. CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURES, & REGISTRATIONS: Licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Massachusetts (or eligible within 45 days of hire). EXPERIENCE : Strong interpersonal skills towards our customers (including patients, physicians and nurses) and fellow employees of the hospital. Compensation Range: $43.03- $62.50 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
