Job Summary The Program Director for Supplemental Instruction provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a comprehensive academic support program serving diverse student populations. Reporting to the Senior Director for Educational Programs and Academic Support, this role is responsible for program development, assessment, and continuous improvement to enhance student success in high-risk courses. The position operates with a high level of independence, managing staff, collaborating with faculty, and ensuring compliance with national certification standards. This role has significant organizational impact by advancing student retention, academic achievement, and institutional effectiveness.
