Overview Hiring Incentive: $2500. Language Proficiency Differential Available The Speech Language Pathologist I will provide direct home-based, center-based, and telehealth parent training and patient care for assessing and treating communication (i.e., speech/language), oral motor, and feeding/swallowing disorders. The incumbent will administer department and program functions, maintain documentation relative to services offered, and participate in intra- and interdisciplinary training programs. Responsibilities: - Provide parent training and therapy programs that focus on resolving an identified condition or diminishing its functional impact, with consideration given to setting clear and measurable goals and incorporating child and family needs, interests, abilities, and perspective.
