Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Staff to join our team and support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in a dynamic and supportive environment. Full-time shift available: - Overnight shift - 6pm to 6am ( This is a 12hr rotating schedule with built in overtime) Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management - Monitor and document clients’ behaviors, progress, and any changes in condition - Support clients during community outings and recreational activities Collaborate with team members, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care - Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for clients and staff - Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times. - Cook and serve meals.
