Qualifications: Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion! - Responsible for organizing and planning daily production meetings. - Manage, motivate, develop, and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff. - Responsible for hiring and overseeing outside professionals, such as electricians and plumbers. - Responsible for inspecting and overseeing the facilities to resolve problems. - Perform periodic inspections of recently maintained equipment including Superior Boiler (S.P.), J.C.T., Dupps, Haarslev and Alfa Laval equipment and boilers so as to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipment. - Regularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and place orders when needed. - Work with the Maintenance Coordinator for planning and scheduling...
