Head of Group Benefits Rating & Quoting, Underwriting We’re seeking a dynamic, people‑centered leader to oversee and evolve our newly centralized Rating and Quoting operations across multiple product lines. This role is responsible for setting strategy, driving consistency, and enabling high‑performing teams to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive proposals for mid‑ to large‑size groups. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of operational rigor, talent development, and innovation—leveraging data, technology, and emerging AI capabilities to continuously improve service, productivity, and customer experience. This leader will partner closely with Sales, Underwriting, and Training teams while building a strong leadership pipeline and fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
