What will you do Johnson Controls invites you to join our Field Device Product Development Engineering team as a Software Product Engineer, contributing to the next generation of HVAC field devices that enable intelligent, efficient buildings. This is a system‑level engineering role, ideal for someone who wants to understand how hardware, firmware, software, and product requirements come together to form a complete solution. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle—shaping requirements, analyzing system behavior, supporting development and testing, and helping keep engineering activities aligned and moving forward. This position is 100% on‑site at our new Controls Product Development Center and Lab in Glendale, WI, where you’ll collaborate closely with cross‑disciplinary teams and work hands‑on with real products.
