Description Essential Duties: - Directing and overseeing our amazing nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs). - Developing and carrying out nursing department policies and procedures. - Manage department record keeping and nursing staff documentation. - Managing facility infection control policies and procedures as needed. - Managing department budgeting and financial processes. - Working with medical and clinical teams to plan, carry out, and evaluate patient treatment plans. - Maintain a safe and sanitary environment. - Attends staff training and meetings as required by the employer. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with at least a BSN. - Current active licensure in the state the facility resides as an R.N with no disciplinary actions. - 2 years direct supervisory experience, 5 years preferred. - Experience in policy management, leadership, and regulation compliance. - Knowledge of financial reporting, legal regulations, and evidence-based practice. - Ability to deal with both chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashion. - Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, and custo...
