Technical Writer - ( CREQ254167 ) Description Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Technical Writer with experience in documenting enterprise business and IT processes across multiple domains—ERP/Finance, HRIS, IT & Procurement, and Legal, Security, and Privacy. The ideal candidate will translate complex functional and technical information into clear, concise, and engaging documentation that enables users, analysts, and stakeholders to efficiently operate within a Knowledge Management System (KMS) such as KMS Lighthouse or similar platforms. Key Responsibilities Documentation & Knowledge Creation Develop and maintain end-to-end documentation—process guides, SOPs, user manuals, training material, and release notes—for systems and workflows spanning Finance (ERP), HR, Procurement, and Compliance. Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to capture process flows, functional configurations, and technical specifications. Write and edit standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and FAQs aligned with organizational style guides.
