Description The role is a Senior Construction Underwriting Manager to lead and scale our regional construction casualty practice. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building an elite underwriting culture, attracting and developing top-tier casualty talent, and growing a sustainable, profitable portfolio of construction accounts. You will own regional underwriting strategy, manage executive broker/agency relationships, and align regional execution with company initiatives. To be considered for this role, candidates must reside within the specified geographic location. This position requires regular in-person visits with local brokers and agents, so remote hires outside the designated territory cannot be accommodated.
