Valiant has an exciting opportunity for a Metal Machinist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be able to provide technical support to the customer's fabrication and manufacturing shops. This position is 100% onsite. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Valiant Integrated Services is an employer who hires in accordance with applicable state and federal law. Qualifications - Design and machine custom pieces and parts - Identify and implement strategic improvements and solutions that are in line with the customer’s vision and mission - Create and manage schedules for prioritized approved work requirements - Ensure industry and customer standards and best practices are followed for all requirements - Provide detailed guidance on proper use, general machine maintenance, and minor repairs to shop equipment - Oversee the management of consumables and procurement support - Provide input on shop safety best practices and maintenance of the shop safety plan, to include application of OSHA standards - Other duties as assigned CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI with poly: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: BS degree...
