Status Full-Time Standard Hours per Week: 40 Job Posting Category: Administration: Job Posting Description: Department Summary: The Program for Language Equity (PLE) in the Department of Pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital advances language equity through clinical innovation, education, advocacy, and research. The PLE works to improve access, quality, and safety for patients and families who use languages other than English for care by building sustainable programs, policies, and partnerships that support institutional change. The PLE collaborates closely with Interpreter Services, while maintaining a distinct scope focused on program development, strategy, education, and organizational systems rather than direct point-of-care interpretation. The Program is led by Director Dr. Alisa Khan, MD, MPH and Associate Director Dr. Bianca Quiñones-Pérez, MD.
