As a Superintendent with Ledcor’s Heavy Civil team, you will provide frontline leadership for earthworks construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality execution throughout your shift. You’ll oversee field crews, coordinate daily work plans, monitor production, and ensure all activities align with project specifications, drawings, schedules, and cost objectives. In this role, you’ll be the go to lead on the ground—driving work methods, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and supporting a productive, engaged crew. You’ll also foster strong working relationships with clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and fellow site staff to maintain a collaborative and solutions focused work environment.
