Brown & Brown is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our Personal Lines Team in Columbia, KY! The Data Entry Specialist will provide administrative and client support through accurate data entry, customer assistance, document management, and tracking of insurance information. How You Will Contribute: Skills & Experience to Be Successful - Data Entry of client and policy information - Field phone calls and assist customers with issues - Create spreadsheets to help with client tracking - Electronic filing for clients - Other duties as assigned - High school diploma required - Experience 1-3 years minimum - Must have experience with general office functions - Must be detail-oriented, organized and capable of finishing projects timely and accurately - Experience with insurance company payables greatly preferred Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being: We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including: Not reflective of all benefits.
