Job description

Job Title: Supply Chain Representative Summary: In this role, you will support the Supply Chain function by ensuring the effective execution of short-term planning and logistics activities to maintain production continuity and alignment with customer demand. You will act as a key interface between Manufacturing and internal stakeholders, contributing to operational coordination, material availability, and logistics execution. The role also ensures compliance with company processes, ERP systems, and EHS standards while supporting overall service performance and operational reliability. Responsibilities Include: Support short-term production and supply planning within the planning time fence based on demand and supply signals. Assist in production scheduling and material planning activities in coordination with Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders. Monitor planning exceptions and material shortages using ERP and planning systems (e.g. MIMI) , following defined procedures and escalation rules. Track execution versus plan and follow up on delays, non-executed schedules, or supply constraints. Support actions to minimize backorders and service disruptions. Ensure adherence to SIO...
