Product Manager, YouTube Ads User Quality

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role. - 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.). - 3 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or machine learning (AI/ML). Preferred qualifications: - Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, with the ability to work with business, product, technical teams, and data scientists. - Experience launching and iterating on successful products in a data-driven environment. - Knowledge of AI/machine learning, information retrieval, and statistical concepts, with experience with AI/ML, deep learning models, LLMs, data analysis. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-analysis and experimentation. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Passion for creating positive user experiences.
