ITLM - AI Governance Process Specialist We are looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of IT, risk, and governance and who can connect diverse stakeholders around a common framework. In this role, you strengthen Bayer’s IT Lifecycle Management (ITLM) model with a strong focus on AI risk assessment and its implementation in BEAT/ServiceNow. You act as a central liaison between S&T Risks & Standards, IT Mission Control, ITLM Governance, R&C Domains, the BEAT Platform Team and IT Product Managers, ensuring that ITLM processes are consistent, high-quality, and ready for operations.
