Job Title: Accessioning and Reporting Section Manager Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday Location: Matrix Diagnostics, Waltham Abbey, EN9 3BZ Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum As Accessioning and Reporting Section Manager, you will lead the teams and workflows responsible for the accurate and timely progression of samples from receipt through to authorised reporting. You will play a central role in ensuring laboratory operations run efficiently, compliantly, and in line with strict service level agreements, while driving continuous improvement across processes, systems, and team capability. Working at the heart of the laboratory, you will oversee daily workflow planning, resource allocation, and KPI performance, ensuring samples and data move seamlessly through accessioning and reporting stages. You will support and develop your team through training, cross-skilling, and clear performance direction, building a confident, capable function that can adapt to changing workload and future growth.
