About the Role Biosero, part of the BICO group, develops innovative laboratory automation software and integrated solutions that accelerate scientific research and drug development for leading pharma and biotech organizations. As a key brand within BICO’s lab automation portfolio, Biosero helps customers orchestrate complex workflows and maximize the value of automation across the lab. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects that deliver end to end lab automation solutions to the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. In this role, you will guide customers through complex transformation projects that combine hardware systems, instrument integration, and bespoke software development to automate critical laboratory workflows. You will lead the project from kickoff to customer acceptance ensuring delivery quality, strong stakeholder engagement, and a smooth implementation experience for some of the world’s most innovative pharma organizations.
