Solar Project Engineer Internship (Utility-Scale Construction) About the Internship Program: This immersive, eight-week internship is designed to give students hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of a utility-scale solar project. Interns work directly in the field alongside experienced Site Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, gaining real-world exposure that bridges classroom learning with large-scale construction execution. This is a boots-on-the-ground experience focused on safety, quality, and project delivery. Position Overview: The Solar Project Engineer Intern will support site leadership during the construction of a multi-megawatt solar facility. This is not a desk-based role. Interns will be embedded on-site, contributing to field engineering, quality control, safety initiatives, and project coordination while learning how utility-scale solar projects are built from the ground up.
