Job Description: Electrical Specialist Rubicon is seeking an Electrical Specialist supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in Geismar. This position will report to the IAE Maintenance Site Superintendent. Job Scope: The role of the Electrical Specialist (ES) is to be the first point of contact for all electrical maintenance and ITPM related activities. The ES has the responsibility for coordinating with IAE Superintendent, Sr. EI Engineer, maintenance, production, and outside electrical contractors to ensure effective maintenance and ITPM programs on all electrical equipment on site. In summary, as the Electrical Specialist, you will: - Provide technical troubleshooting guidance and job safety guidance to contract electricians. Ensure that the electricians understand and strictly abide by all Rubicon policies and procedures. Also assist with writing and approving electrical work plans and JSA’s with site electricians per site electrical work procedure. - Manage daily work assignments for site contract electricians, including assuring DAS scheduling of routine daily jobs from maintenance daily/weekly schedules; allocate manpower to emergency/break-in jobs as required from comm...
