Outpatient IBH care | Team-based practice | Integrated Family Medicine setting This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include a $8,000 sign-on bonus Summary: Join CentraCare’s Integrated Behavioral Health team at the Northway Family Medicine clinic in St. Cloud and provide outpatient assessment and brief intervention services to patients across the lifespan. This role is embedded within a Family Medicine practice and focuses on same-day access, crisis intervention, and evidence-based psychotherapy delivered through close collaboration with medical providers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In addition to direct patient care, this role supports Family Medicine resident physicians in their training, assists with staff development through consultation and education, and contributes to program development while helping triage urgent needs and provide same-day crisis interventions for community members.
