TITLE: Extrusion Stacker POSITION OBJECTIVE: Ensures extruded product conforms to product standard requirements by taking and documenting quality measurements, assists the Extrusion Technician in machine set up and troubleshooting techniques, and stacks products according to scheduling and standard protocol. Hiring for 7am to 3:30pm, 3pm to 11:30pm, and 11pm to 7am shifts Starting at $12.25 per hr. – earn $1.00 more per hour on 3pm to 11:30pm and 11pm to 7am shifts with shift differential. QUALIFICATIONS: - 10 Paid Holidays - Steady and dependable work schedule - On-the-job training provided - High school graduate or equivalent. - Strong Troubleshooting skills - Complete basic math such as adding, dividing, subtracting, percentages, etc. - Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16” - Available to work overtime when needed - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
