We are looking to hire a passionate individual to join our team as a Therapist. Devereux’s Foster Care Programs provide therapeutic, family‑based care for children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, emotional or behavioral challenges, or instability in their home environments. These programs partner with the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and local lead agencies to recruit, train, and support therapeutic foster parents who can meet the complex needs of youth requiring more than traditional foster care. Foster families receive ongoing specialized training, clinical consultation, and behavioral support tools so they can implement strategies that promote safety, stability, and positive behavioral change. Clinicians work closely with children, caregivers, and support systems to create individualized treatment plans, provide counseling, and build life and coping skills.
