Learn: Implement: - SD-WAN and Multi-Cloud secure connections - Cloud-based firewalls, IDS & IPS - Enterprise Network - Enterprise Wi-Fi & BLE - Remote Access - Products – Ciena, VeloCloud, Zscaler, Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5 - Cloud – Azure, AWS, OCI Interconnections, Firewalls & Web Application Firewalls Automation: Documentation: - Participate 24x7 scheduled On-call rotation - Handle trouble ticket escalations from Service Desk, other IT teams or Business Units - Drive escalations to resolution with technologies vendors - Own Root Cause Analysis and Long-Term Fix - Orchestration & Configuration Management – Terraform & Ansible - Generate & maintain via Agora, SharePoint Online and JIRA EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - B.S. degree computer science, related degree or rel...
