Classification Title: Instructor: Working Title: Adjunct Instructor Department: Nursing: FLSA Status: Exempt Salary Range: Dependent on Course and Credentials Pay Basis: Annually POSITION OVERVIEW: JOB SUMMARY: The college is building a pool of adjuncts for online teaching opportunities in our Master's Programs for upcoming semesters. Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Holds at least the master's degree in an appropriate specialization or the equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and is otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties. The appointee may engage in teaching, scholarship and creative projects, and/or service and other related activities, but is not eligible for tenure. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Nursing or related field, Master's Degree in Nursing Education, Nursing Leadership or as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
